"My wife underwent a re-root canal (re-RCT) treatment at this clinic, and it turned into a deeply upsetting and painful experience. During the procedure, an excessively long post/stem was placed in her tooth. Soon after, she began suffering from severe, continuous pain that did not improve at all. We repeatedly raised concerns about her pain, but we felt that her case was not given the attention and care it deserved. The treatment felt rushed, and her complaints were not taken seriously. Eventually, we had no choice but to consult another dentist for a second opinion. After examination, we were informed that the damage was irreversible and the tooth had to be extracted. Because of this failed treatment, my wife lost her tooth unnecessarily. We have photographic evidence of the extracted tooth clearly showing the excessively extended stem, and we will be sharing it for full transparency. This entire episode has caused her immense physical pain, emotional stress, and additional financial burden for corrective treatment. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed. Patients should be very cautious and strongly consider taking a second opinion before undergoing complex re-root canal procedures here. This further comment below post reply from doctor, We had paid Rs. 2500 for Re- RC and Rs. 1500 out of Rs. 2000 for ceramic cap, only Rs. 500 was balance for the cap which is of no use to us after a failed procedure. I agree you said 50 -50 chances, but the procedure you did was with mistake. We are not after any commercial reimbursement, just want to highlight this error. Once you have already done the permanent filling and was about to put cap, then how can you say that you were going to remove it. You are saying you were going to remove the stem after RC and even permanent filling is done, then this is comment seriously needs to be validated by a senior dentist."
