I'm terrified of needles, and after a bad past experience with another dentist who threw a "you need 4 root canals and here's a heart-stopping estimate" at me, I had no intentions of going back. But these guys... they're different. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different. Warm, welcoming, and above all - they actually sat with me, took an x-ray, and patiently explained what was going on with my teeth. It's like they knew exactly how to ease my anxiety. And here's the plot twist: I was fully expecting a root canal. I had mentally prepared myself. But after looking carefully at the x-ray and doing their own assessment, they told me that my "root canal" wasn't even a root canal. Turned out, it was a deep filling that could be fixed without a root canal procedure. I was speechless. They could have easily done the whole thing and billed me for it - just like that other place would have, and I wouldn't have known a thing. But instead, they were actually more relieved than I was to tell me I didn't need it. That level of honesty? Rare. And then came the treatment. I braced myself, expecting the usual pain and discomfort, but Dr. Nanika? She's pure magic. She held the anesthesia above my gums, and I was there thinking, "When's the pain coming?" but bam, she'd already done it. I didn't feel a thing. How? I have no idea. It felt like some next-level sorcery, but it worked. She was calm, patient, and talked me through every step, making it feel more like a conversation than a procedure. Here's the surprising part: they managed to help me get over my fear of dentists. I feel like I've unlocked a new level - no more panic, just calm. The slight drawback? Now that I'm not scared of dentists anymore, where's the motivation to brush twice a day? . But jokes aside, they're truly skilled at what they do. If you're putting off a visit, stop.
