"Very bad experience at this hospital. They overcharged me without giving a proper medicine bill. The staff had no discipline and behaved very unprofessionally. There was no proper system or coordination, and I didn't receive clear information about the charges or treatment. Totally disappointed with the service -- I would not recommend this hospital to anyone."

"Worst hospital I have ever seen. Absolutely no transparency in billing -- they charge like anything without proper justification. Bed charges (General Ward): 2,500/day Doctor charges: 2,500 Nursing charges: 3,000 Cleaning charges: 1,500 (and still the place isn't properly cleaned) One-time registration fee: 1,000 Medicines: No price mentioned, no proper bill -- clearly "set-up" medicines without actual pricing. They are exploiting patients' helplessness just to make money. No genuine care, no professionalism. Reception staff are completely untrained and speak rudely -- they don't even know how to talk to people. If you truly care about your loved ones, do not come here. Visit Madhu Hospital instead, where you get real care, professionalism, and value for your money. Here, it feels like the kettle is hotter than the tea -- all show, no substance."
