"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this dental clinic over the course of 10 sessions was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I initially visited the clinic for a toothache, and the doctor suggested a root canal. What followed was a lengthy and unclear treatment process. There was very little communication about what was being done or why the sessions kept dragging on. Despite all the visits, I continued to feel pain and sensitivity in the treated tooth. I was told the pain was "normal," but it only worsened over time. Eventually, I sought a second opinion and was informed that the root canal had been performed improperly, resulting in an infection. Sadly, this led to severe inflammation and pain, and I ultimately had to have the tooth removed--a situation that could have been avoided with proper treatment. As part of the same treatment plan, I also received a tooth bridge. Unfortunately, that didn't go well either. The bridge did not fit properly, and there were noticeable gaps between the bridge and my gum line. These gaps looked unnatural and caused discomfort while eating and speaking. Food would constantly get stuck, making the area prone to irritation and infection. To fix this, the doctor applied cement between the bridge and gums--but it fell off after just 10 days, worsening the problem instead of solving it. After 10 sessions, I'm left with a missing tooth, an ill-fitting bridge, and the need to restart treatment elsewhere. I expected professional care and reliable results, but unfortunately, I did not receive either. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements in both treatment quality and patient communication."
