"Anyone looking at the X-ray could clearly understand that this required a surgical procedure and should have been handled by a qualified surgeon. However, Dr. Madhuri Vayale chose to proceed herself, and in the process, my tooth was severely affected. I had to suffer for two months because of this mistake. Even after everything that happened, both Dr. Madhuri Vayale and her colleague told me, "This is not the first time we have done this; this is our daily work." As someone who also works in a hospital, I understand exactly what those words mean. If medical professionals can mislead someone who is part of the healthcare field, I can only imagine what might happen to patients who have no medical knowledge and rely completely on their doctor's advice. My experience was extremely disappointing and caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. I hope future patients are given proper guidance, honest communication, and treatment by the appropriate specialist when required. Please Do not Visit this Hospital"

"Please do not visit this hospital, even by mistake. I am deeply disappointed with Dr. Madhuri Vayale's handling of the situation. As a medical staff member myself, I tried to explain and assist, but it seemed that she wanted to manage everything alone without having a proper backup plan. If a doctor is unsure about a procedure or treatment, there is no shame in seeking guidance or involving a senior colleague. Patient safety should always come first. When patients come to a doctor, they trust that they will receive proper care and support during a difficult time. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, and it caused unnecessary suffering and distress. Because of experiences like this, the reputation of the entire medical profession can be affected. If you are not confident about a treatment, please refer the patient appropriately rather than putting someone's life at risk. I hope no other patient has to go through what we experienced.
