"The doctors and nurses are extremely incompetent. The hospital is a sham and the staff is horrible. The nurses have no idea how to use syringes. They're all animals. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Please beware and do not go to that hospital. The doctors started with a medicine course without having sufficient doses and ended the treatment with incomplete medication - sepsivac was given for the treatment of covid which is not recommended by any health authority. And the site of injection (6 spots) have turned into abcess."

"Pathetic services .... Members giving 5start rating are manipulated one. Hospital does not have proper management 1) Reception is like fish Market, there no social distance maintained. 2) Receiptionist is hawling at patients relative and bangs her own Mobile phone. 3) Patients are made to sit outside for atleast 2hrs. 4) Covid protocol medicines not mentioned clearly 5)Remdesivir and oxygen not available with hospital 6) No Xray, ECG, or even BP is measured after admitting COVID patient. 7) Dr. are clueless about patient condition. 8) Semi deluxe room 4 bed in one room, patients using same washroom. While hospital is charging 10k per day and medicine gamble is add on to it Please think twice before admitting your loved ones"

"I am tested positive today ..we are paying 20k per day .. I reached hospital at 3 00 pm .. they made a covid patient wait at lobby for 1.5 hour .. despite my parents making all prior arrangements.. CT scan charges were paid immediately.. but they somehow took 3.5 hours for the test .. Dr. Visits me at 7 45 pm and prescribed medications.. However nurse has not yet shared it with me .. nor started the treatment. They do not have any sense of urgency.. especially for disease like covid ..Pathetic services for such a high cost we are paying .. do go for this if it's last option on earth .."

"Hospital is just care about the money not the patient. There is no coordination between staff while changing shifts. Bed time charge starts from 10 am to 10 am. If u want to discharge ur person, u have to chase them for discharge else staff is ready to charge u. They do not give clarity to patient's relative about treatment. Its not cashless. Worst hospital ever."
