I had slight diabetes as well but doctor suggested me for premium diabetic friendly implant. The next 3 months I was called for xrays and follow ups to check my implant condition. After that my implant was opened again and cap was fixed within one week. I now ask people to guess which is my implant tooth and they can not guess.
