"The most horrible dentist to live on this planet. Didn't have the manners to talk to a nervous patient at all. Was scaring me more then I was already scared. I went there for one of my tooth which was swollen it needed a root canal he came in took a look showed me few more cavities that I had digged at those cavities and made them more sensitive then they were already. When I said do the RC he said let's do a filling and check if it gets better. I said I don't want that but he still did what he wanted and kept saying "l am taking a risk" as if I only told him to do so. And the tooth he did filling in was not even the tooth that was hurting and the filling job was also pathetic. I was in pain for the next 2 days and he wasn't even answering my calls. Then finally I went to another dentist she took a look and she was shocked that what mess he had made on my teeth had to get both my teeth done from somewhere else then and had a much better experience then. PLZ DONT GO HERE IF U CAN ABOUT UR TEETH. I star is also too much for this pathetic place."

"Very bad experience. The compounder was rude and kept yelling at us instead of guiding properly. Rooms were not numbered, causing confusion. The clinic was unhygienic, the room was stinking, and loud music was playing, which is completely unprofessional. No doctor was present, and the compounder started checking patients. We waited for some time and left without treatment. Highly disappointing and unprofessional environment."

"I visited oral care clinic for a teeth cleaning procedure. While the final cleaning result was satisfactory for the most part, I was disappointed with the overall experience and professionalism. Firstly, the equipment and machines did not appear as clean as what I have typically observed at other dental clinics. I also observed inconsistencies in hygiene practices during the procedure including the use of gloves. The dentist performing the procedure gave me the impression of a trainee, although I was later informed at reception that all staff are qualified practitioners. During the cleaning, the dentist handed me the suction device and asked me to hold it by myself while the procedure was being performed. As I was not familiar with how to hold it properly, water from the cleaning instrument was splashing onto my face and clothing, and the process became uncomfortable. I've never been asked to hold the suction device myself at any other dental clinic I've visited, charging similar rates. After the cleaning, I pointed out a few marks that were still visible on my teeth. I was informed that these were due to cavities, which I completely understand. However, when I asked for clarification, the response felt defensive rather than explanatory. The receptionist then joined the discussion, and both insisted that I lie back down so they could demonstrate the issue again in an unnecessarily forceful way. During this interaction, the receptionist used the suction device in a way that caused it to pull very painfully against the inside of my mouth. At that point, I decided to end the appointment, pay for the treatment, and leave. While the cleaning itself was largely effective, the overall experience was uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and patient care. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients."
