"Overall hospital is good. Clean and less crowded. But the radiologist department for sonography and other scan is very slow. They open at 2clock. And take all the ladies together for scanning which is very awkward.and not even show monitor for baby movements and all."

"Attended ward no.6 (OB-GYN) Very slow and careless staff, does not co-operate or attend properly... Most of the things are self service for patients (Have to file the documents by ourselves, fill forms, hold the bp machine).... Feedback forms were given before even letting us experience anything, right after entering and insisting on writing positive feedback only on the basis of hygeine... Even though the doctor's cabin was ideal, patients kept waiting outside because no one was paying attention.. once entered the doc's cabin, doc was least bothered to ask or check was busy gossiping about office staff politics with colleague... Did not have any clarity of consultation because not a word was spoken or asked... Absolutely unexpected and gross treatment as if they're doing a favour working for us for free."

"The hospital is really good, but there are some things about it that everyone should know. As far as I've seen, some of the staff there need to be taught how to talk politely. They have absolutely no manners when it comes to speaking with patients or others. Even if you ask them something politely or request something, they respond very rudely. Only one or two women there are nice, but most of the nurses and even some doctors talk in a very disrespectful way -- they have no sense of decency. There are a few (about three or four) good doctors, but the rest have a very bad attitude. Also, people don't stay on duty properly -- at night, around 3 a.m., they make a lot of noise, and by 6 a.m., they start waking everyone up. Patients can't even rest properly. The cleaning is also not done well. The washrooms don't have any hand sanitizer, handwash, or anything to maintain hygiene. In the morning, when they check the patients, they act as if they're doing a big favor for them. No hospital should be so noisy at 3 a.m. -- patients need proper rest -- but these people have no manners. If you try to say anything to them, they start arguing and even use bad language. I want everyone to know about this before going to this hospital, because the behavior of the staff is extremely poor, and they don't treat patients properly. In the bathrooms, there are no slippers available for patients or their attendants, but the staff come and go in their dirty shoes. Hospitals should be hygienic, but this one is not, and on top of that, the staff's behavior is very rude and unprofessional."
