"I went to this clinic for braces based on a friend's referral. Everything started fine, but by the second year, I noticed a gap on my right side wasn't closing at all. Even though I was regular with my appointments from January 2025 to August,2025 nothing changed. I finally decided to take off my braces in December 2025,Dr yash tried to blame my missed appointments from the previous few months. It didn't make sense--if the gap didn't close in the eight months I was there, why would it have closed in the four months . On top of that, they went back on their word regarding the cost; they originally said retainers were included, but then charged me extra. Even the retainers they gave me were not fitted with my whole teeth. I'm very unsatisfied with the service"
