"Very disappointing experience. The consultation fee/ cost of 1,500 is unreasonably high, and the treatment charges are equally expensive. Despite the premium fees, there was no transparency, I wasn't provided with my X-rays or treatment records. As a patient, I believe it's my right to receive these documents. I recommend comparing with other experienced dentists, where you can often get similar or better treatment at 30-40% lower cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic."
