"Very disappointing experience at Lotus Dental Clinic, especially because of the behaviour of the staff member Prachi. We had booked an appointment for me and my wife in advance and still, after visiting the clinic on time, we were told that they had given the same slot to other patients as well and asked us to wait for a very long duration. This shows complete mismanagement and no respect for patients' time. Despite the inconvenience, we still decided to continue the treatment for my wife and paid all the treatment charges properly. However, the clinic even charged for my OPD without actually providing it. When we questioned this, instead of handling the concern professionally, the behaviour from the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, as if we were asking for free treatment, even though we clearly stated that we were ready to pay after proper treatment and eventually paid all dues. The overall experience felt more focused on collecting money rather than patient care. Prachi was especially not humble or customer-friendly in handling concerns. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and proper communication, which was completely lacking here. Would not recommend this clinic based on our experience."
