"This was honestly a very disappointing experience. We visited during the clinic's stated working hours -- not after closing time. We arrived around 8:42 pm, while the clinic was still officially open. Yet we were asked to pay 1000 instead of the standard 500, being told it would be considered an "emergency/overtime" consultation. From a patient's perspective, arriving during open hours should not automatically mean double charges. We came in good faith, concerned about my dad's health, and were fully ready to pay the regular consultation fee. Let me also clarify -- I did NOT claim anyone else's appointment slot. That allegation is completely false. Comparing medical consultation charges to Tatkal train bookings felt inappropriate. Healthcare is not a ticketing system -- patients come with genuine concern, not for convenience. Instead of giving lectures about ethics and protocol, please understand that patients share reviews based on real experiences. Not every negative review is a misrepresentation. When most reviews appear uniformly perfect, it naturally raises questions. However, I am only speaking about what happened with us. This review reflects our genuine experience. Others can decide for themselves."
