His diagnosis was precise, and his treatment approach was highly practical, reassuring, and comfortable for both the patient and the family members. His calm and patient-centric approach gave us great confidence throughout her treatment. We were equally impressed with the hospital staff. The R.M.O.s, nursing and housekeeping staff, front-desk team, PRO, management, and other support staff were all caring, courteous, understanding, and helpful at every step. The patient food service was also commendable. The meals were prepared according to the patient's needs, with good attention to nutrition and overall well-being.
