I really wish we could've talked more about why she recommended these things and if there were other options I could try."

"Failed Root Canal, Do Not Recommend My experience was very bad with the female dentist. She was distracted the whole time during the root canal procedure, and didn't administer the numbing injections until I was in complete pain. She even cut one of my gums by mistake, causing it to bleed. Throughout the procedure she was very rash with the tools, and didn't make any effort to be gentle at all. While taking a mold of my gums I didn't get any prior warning that it will trigger my gag reflex, causing me to throw up. After that she CONTINUED to finish working on my tooth, even when I was clearly in a mess. Her dental assistant too was distracted the whole time, and messed up holding the water tube multiple times. Even when I got my teeth screened (ie teeth cleaning) it was done hastily and it was left incomplete. The tooth cap made for my root canal tooth didn't fit well either. It has been a month since I got the root canal done, and now the pain in my tooth is even worse than before. It's even more sensetive to hot and cold things now. Which means she missed a nerve while performing the surgery, making it a failed root canal. It's totally not worth the money, time or effort. Please go somewhere else of you can."

"Honestly I don't want to give even a single star to this clinic in Dadar East as my today's experience was bitter. When I went to do the ECG, the lady technician was not bothered to even apply gel to the electrodes due to which I got deep marks which look like scars. Secondly, during the 2d echo, the doctor was struggling with the transducer and literally pressing it hard which was very painful. Most probably the equipment is very old and the doctor is unable to handle it. Same with the Abdomen Sonography. I have a doubt whether the reports are correct as the tests were not performed well professionally. I confidently can say this as I have done these tests in other clinics with ease and comfortability. I strongly would not recommend anyone who would want quality service to approach this branch. Same afternoon, I visited JN Wadia dispensary, their Mahim branch for a dental check up and the staff was fantastic there. Health Rakshak should have a better staff who are more responsible rather than being careless with patients."
