"Used to be much better, it's run with inexperienced assistants. Went for wisdom tooth removal ( surgeon sudhir was good but everything else was in shambles ) . The nurses touching everything wearing gloves , hygiene was not maintained,nurse was extremely inexperienced and doctor was frustrated with her , light control was not working, drill control was not working, suction was not good , doctor stool itself could not adjust height leading to prolonged removal process, the seat and room looked dirty , the bib used was so old ans should be thrown out , was not comfortable with the hygiene and staff . 8k for this , not great .. this used to be the best dental clinic in the area but it's seriously deteriorating . I don't think they read these reviews anymore.."

"I have been an old patient Of Dr. Pandit. My entire family used to visit him for dentistry issues. However, over a duration of time our faith in him has lessened. His fees have been increasing exponentially and the work has been deteriorating drastically as most of his work is delegated to inexperienced assistants who mess things up. I have had to re-visit the clinic for negligence in their work many a times. He needs to be clear about the fees and the number of sessions during the first visit itself. Every time I went they kept increasing my sessions and fees as well citing random reasons like my teeth are sensitive and they cannot finish the work in one session. If I am paying such a high amount for small issues at times I expect the doctor to do it himself and not the assistants who nobody seems happy to visit in that clinic but everybody is forced to go see the assistant which is very sad. The old Dr. Pandit that I knew finished his job at one go and hardly asked us to come again unless really necessary and was the most reasonable and sincere Doctor in the vicinity. Not anymore sadly."

"Long time ago i underwent p/c treatment post rootcanal for my front teeth.. My 2 year daughter banged her head to my face ehile playing n it had great impact which broke the screw n cap came out.it was very much embarrassing moment..i wanted to fix it instantly but just dnt know where n who can do it cz everyone has pre booked appointments n it was almost afternoon time when max clinics are even closed for lunch breaks..when i connected to my older dr who did p/c she suggested implant n said that p/c wont b possible again.i was panicked n scared.luckily i got connected with Dr Shruti Pandit.She calmed me n though she was not available, she referred me to Dr Sanket Pandit who was about to leave for afternoon break but on request he waited for me understanding my emergency. Once i reached clinic, just by how he explained, my worry was reduced 50% cz initially i thought now only option left is implant but he did p/c again over it n so finely that when he showed me on x ray screen it was so much perfect just as if it was not repeated n done for the 1st time. I really loved the outcome n mainly i loved how both Dr Shruti and Dr Sanket make a Dr- patient relationship. I would really recommend them."
