"My 5-star review is for Dr Manini's extraordinarily awesome work on my son's teeth. Good analysis of what needed fixing, discussed the costs upfront and did a stellar job on the fillings, aesthetically pleasing work on the chipped and broken teeth and a pain-free extraction of an infected tooth. She really hit it out of the park as a dentist, and aesthetician par excellence and cared for my son like mother, making our dental marathon of 7 appointments spread out over 2 weeks a breeze for us. They bring out a fresh packet of sanitized tools for each session with each patient, something that I haven't seen at any other dentists' offices. I've also seen neuro-diverse kids being attended to at this clinic. The staff and doctors were extremely warm, welcoming and caring towards them. While we did not work with Dr Vyas, I have to acknowledge that he's setup a beautiful clinic with a nice play area, ceiling mounted televisions and all which helps to keep the children engaged while their teeth are being worked on. Dr Vyas has cared for kids of celebs like MS Dhoni. So, they are like the Louis Vuitton's of pediatric dentistry and all of this state-of-the-art facility and doctors comes at a premium pricing. We personally found value in every penny spent at this clinic."

"We visited this clinic after our daughter accidentally hurt her front tooth, which was bleeding and visibly damaged. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't address the main issue we came for. Instead, they immediately started talking about cavities in her back teeth -- something we neither asked for nor were concerned about at the moment. Without proper explanation or consent, they took X-rays of the back teeth and ignored the actual emergency. In the end, they charged us 3,500 for essentially nothing relevant to our visit. When we questioned the billing (as Practo listed 2,000), we were brushed off with the excuse that the site might not be updated. It felt like the priority was more about extracting money than treating the patient. We left feeling unheard, misled, and extremely disappointed. It's disheartening to see healthcare professionals acting this way -- especially when dealing with children."
