Response from clinic: Thank you for the feedback. 4 types of bridge options are explained to the patients and the patients choose the option that is suited to them according to the cost, the warranty options , the aesthetics . The patients are also informed that warranty is provided for the fabrication of the bridge by the lab and the cementation is chargeable. Accordingly , only the cementation charges were taken, and not the fabrication as explained prior the start of any treatment. The bridge is not less than a year old, it was fabricated way before that. In addition to the fabrication , the life of bridge is subject to the pressure in the mouth. Hence longer warranty bridges are advised . As for the hygiene, we still follow strict pandemic level of sterilisation procedures.
