"The most irresponsible and ignorant dental clinic you will ever come across. Their sheer carelessness pushed my mother into a near-critical situation, yet they showed no regret or accountability for their misconduct. My mother had to abandon her half bridge treatment because according to them, if a patient accidentally swallows a screw, it's the patient's fault! How ridiculous is that? A person who hasn't chewed properly for 8 years is expected to "realize" such a thing? Instead of being apologetic, they were arrogant and more concerned about the pending payment than patient safety. For them, money comes first. Patient well-being doesn't even make the list. The cherry on top? If you have plenty of free time and patience to waste, this is the perfect clinic for you. All doctors here seem to love taking mini-vacations every three months, completely ignoring their patients' conditions and dragging treatments endlessly. If you're looking for a "prolonged treatment" experience, this is your place. We had trusted Dr. Prakash for years, but thanks to his unprofessional, unethical assistant directors, that trust is now shattered. The entire management has turned hopeless. Bottom line: Go here at your own risk -- because safety, ethics, and professionalism don't exist in their dictionary."
