"Super rude. I stepped in just 5 mins ago to just ask if an xyz service is offered. The staff said it's 300 for a check up consultation. I repeated that there's nothing to check up. I'm just here to inquire if a certain service (removal of tooth gems) is provided because not all dentists know how to. This is similar to going to a store or restaurant and asking if they serve or sell a specific item. To which the staff very rudely replied it's 300 for her to tell you whether she can even provide this sevice or not. I once again said I don't have an issue paying for the service but at least tell me if it's provided. What if I pay the 300 and she then tells me no she can't provide. Once again, similar to a restaurant asking you to just pay to enter and look at the menu. If they don't have the item, they'll not refund the money. Basically, absolute way to trick clients. Anyway, I don't think my issue was with that. My biggest issue was with the staff and the way she spoke. When I repeated myself that I just need to ask if they remove teeth jewellery, she gave me a condescending look and said "it's ok it's ok leave" and ushered me to the door. This entire exchange lasted for less than a minute and never experienced had such condescending etiquette anywhere in the world. It's clear why they have such few ratings in the first place. I'm a business owner being a Jhaveri. I too provide a service business and whoever walks into the door is spoken to with professionally and kindly."
