"I recently visited Pethe Dental Care for a dental check-up and got two tooth fillings done. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. During my visit, the doctor informed me that I also needed a root canal treatment, but the charges quoted were quite high. When I hesitated, I felt pressured and was warned about several possible complications, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the clinic environment was not calm or professional. The doctor seemed more focused on correcting the staff rather than paying attention to the treatment being performed, and there was constant shouting during the procedure. This created a stressful atmosphere instead of the peaceful and reassuring environment one would normally expect at a dental clinic. I also felt that the doctor was quite rude and did not listen properly to the concerns or questions of the patient. Overall, my experience at Pethe Dental Care was disappointing, and I hope the clinic improves its patient communication, behavior, and work environment in the future."
