"The best dental clinic that I have been to here in the city. Let me start by saying that the patient care at Dentech, Powai is quite impressive. From the clear explanation of the treatment process, to setting expectation with timeline, to the follow up calls and texts to check on how I was doing post treatment, the way they care for their patients is outstanding. I also find the dental clinic itself to be hygienic and equipped with the latest tech aiding precise dental treatment. The last crown I got from here fit like a glove with no high points and I have been getting dental treatments from all around the world for a couple of decades now. So here is a grateful shoutout to Dr Pooja Shah, Dr Richa and the whole dental team. I'm also thankful for the front office team who sends the reminder texts and does the post treatment checks. "Exceptional Experience - Truly Deserving of 5 Stars! I normally don't write such detailed reviews, but I genuinely felt that Dr. Karve's Dentech, Powai deserves special appreciation for the way they handled my case. My 7-year-old zirconia bridge covering my front teeth had come off, and I initially visited the clinic for re-cementation. After examining it, Dr. Siksha and Dr. Pooja noticed that the existing bridge was not fitted perfectly. Instead of simply fixing it and leaving me with a compromised result, they took complete responsibility for providing a proper and long-term solution. They explained everything patiently, took a digital scan, provided a temporary bridge, and ultimately replaced the entire zirconia bridge with a new one. What impressed me the most was their commitment to patient satisfaction -- they did not charge me anything for the new bridge and did not even charge me the consultation fee. The new bridge has been fitted beautifully. The fit, comfort, appearance and finishing are excellent, and I am extremely happy with the final result. I would especially like to appreciate Dr. Siksha and Dr. Pooja for their professionalism, honesty, patience and genuine concern for the patient. They went beyond what I expected and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Now I understand why Dr. Karve's Dentech has such an excellent 5-star rating on Google.
