Its better that scuh people visit coporate hospitals wait, wait wait, keep waiting and get thier work done by unknown doctors. Going to such doctor requires patience. I prefer to wait and get tretatement by him rather than going to new gene fancy places."

"I went to Dr. Sangeeta Dighe (wife of Dr. Girish Dighe) today (19th Apr 2022) with my 6-year-old daughter as she was having severe tooth ache. I had taken prior appointment with the doctor for 12pm today. When I went, they (compounder) checked my appointment and asked us to sit in the waiting area. After 5 minutes some other patient walked in, and Doctor took him inside in the consultation room. I asked compounder and he said you will be called in few minutes. It was very clear that the doctor mistakenly took another patient inside instead of us. I waited for almost 1 hour with my daughter having swollen tooth gum. Because of the severe tooth ache, she had not eaten anything since morning. She was hungry in pain and waiting for doctor to see her and treat her. After 1 hour there was no sign from the doctor, and she did not even bother to say anything about the inconvenience caused to us by them. I was speaking about what was happening to some other patient sitting beside me and then suddenly, Dr. Sangeeta Dighe came outside yelling at me. She started with "What's your problem?" to which I said "you have given me appointment at 12 pm and it is 1.10pm now.. please tell me why the other patient was taken before me?" After hearing this Dr. Sangeeta got more furious and said "did you inform us when you came in the clinic?" to which I said (with a shock) "Yes... I informed your compounder at 12pm when i walked in he asked me to sit in the waiting area". Now the temper of Dr. Sangeeta Dighe rose exponentially as she realized that her staff has made a mistake. But unfortunately, Dr. Sangeeta chose to defend her clinic staff's mistake and said "We don't give appointments to patients who have the emergency, and this does not happen in America" she continued talking by looking at her compounder "We don't see such type of patients in America". I was shocked to hear her words and I asked her (controlling my anger) "This is not America. we are in Mumbai, India and if that was the case then Why did you give us the appointment for today? you could have said that we will not be able to treat your daughter... and I would not have come in your clinic". After this Dr. Sangeeta refused to see my daughter who was in pain and walked back inside the consulting room. I am only writing this review not to malign the image of any Doctor but to guide/advise people who are in immediate need of good treatment. I will urge these people that please do not see this Doctor as she clearly forgot her medical oath to treat any patient who is in pain.. She remained focused on her attitude and ego!! Later I came to know that Dr. Sangeeta had recently visited America and clearly was in awe of the American people :). She forgot her roots while blaming Indians and praising Americans. I would not give even a 1 star but that is the minimum to post any google review. There are much better doctors present in the same area not more than 500 meters away from Dr. Dighe's clinic. Below are the details of these good doctors. 1. Dr Nikhil Khandge (Designer tooth clinic) 2. Dr Antarkar (Antarkar's clinic)"
