"I started giving work to your lab and was happy with initial work sent....so, continued giving..but then, the hassle of pick up from your end was verydifficult to handle Every time a new porter guy calls up for directions, your very limited hours of pick up , and the requirement of pouring impression at our end was cumbersome. But the most difficult thing was to talk to your staff on phone..we expect some politeness which is really missing. I will have to discontinue giving work inspite of problems related other than technical work.."
