"When you go for checkup and get x-rays because if there is little cavity on enamal there is no need to go for filling because flossing and brushing 2 time with good flouride toothpaste can make enamal good...but because now a days dr are only rooting for money they directly suggest you for cavity filling in which they grind the tooth enamel and fill it composite ...i don't say it's not good but unless there is real need ... composite filling loose your tooth grip and once the filling is don't then you need to go for checkup regular and need to be replaced in 3 5 years so this very bad idea for going composite filling Because you can't eat everything as before...so pls don't go for direct doctor suggestion...best option is to discuss with friend and family members who has done the same treatment and how they are going through that same problem you will definitely get good idea and you can take a good step because once you tooth done filling and get hurt while eating them dr will go for root canal even though your dentin and pulp are strong there is no other option reason behind that is because of grinding teeth you tooth get loosened and you can't eat to hot or cold or very hard...so there is no use of composit filling ..just go for regular checkup and make shure you start taking proper hygiene that is enough...dr are almost worst nowadays they know how to take money from pocket... thanks it's was suggested els it all depends on your call"
