Even after seeing my X-rays and previous reports, she understood the situation and started the treatment on the same day, which was a huge relief. I was very nervous because root canal treatment is usually painful, but Dr. Shraddha made the entire process comfortable. She ensured I felt minimal pain by using a numbing spray before the local anaesthesia and kept checking if I was comfortable throughout all three sittings. The calm atmosphere and soft music in the background also helped me relax. I also appreciated that all the instruments used were clean and properly sterilized.
