"Sorry for the low rating, all the specialists who come to your place are super, that is why we always go there, but your staff who sits at the cash counter does not pick up the call, I have been calling since 10 am today to take doctor's appointment number but your staff is disconnecting the call, due to which I had to write this review, this has not happened for the first time, these people have done this many times, once I called for the appointment number and my number was 7 given by your morning staff, when I went to pay the fees and take the paper at 4 pm, I was given number 28, whereas I was waiting since 3 o'clock, they had given number 7 to one of their relatives and gave me his number."

"Very bad staff behaviour, no administration, you have to wait for 4-5 hrs every visit, they give anaesthesia and make you wait for 1 to 2 hrs, i was stuck cos my treatment was on going orelse i would have never revisited, i requested i have a lil baby i left with neighbours pls tell me how much time it will take so i will wait orelse ill leave but they said we cant tell u that u have to wait we don't listen all this he said very bad behaviour"
