"trusted this clinic for my root canal and cap treatment after being assured that the treatment would be successful and that I would not face any future problems with the tooth. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and stressful. Even after the root canal treatment, I continuously suffered from pain and repeatedly informed the doctor about it. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was repeatedly told that the pain was "normal" or "psychological." The treatment process itself was extremely painful and uncomfortable for me. Despite my ongoing pain, a permanent cap was fixed within a very short period. The cap was bulky, uncomfortable, and caused continuous friction with my upper teeth, making the pain worse. My concerns were repeatedly ignored until the pain became unbearable and I personally requested removal of the cap. Shockingly, after all this, I was later told that re-root canal treatment may again be required. This clearly raised serious concerns for me regarding the effectiveness of the original treatment. I also suffered financial loss because the cap warranty was cancelled without my confirmation, and only a partial refund was processed. Along with physical pain and mental stress, I am now forced to spend additional money to get the treatment redone elsewhere. When I respectfully requested a fair refund for the unresolved treatment and losses suffered by me, instead of resolving the matter properly, I was blocked from further communication."
