"I went to Central Dental Clinic & Hospital in Kalyan for a consultation, but my experience was very disappointing. Without proper discussion with the dentist, unnecessary X-rays were taken and dental moulds were made, leading to unexpectedly high charges. What was even more concerning was that my consultation was mainly done by a technician and not the main doctor. There was no proper explanation of the treatment plan or costs before proceeding. I felt pressured into paying for things I didn't come for. Even not given my x- ray copy , dental moulds, any consultation paper ,Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. Patients deserve clear communication, informed consent, and consultation with a qualified dentist before any procedures.""

I was very scared before starting, but Dr. Mahesh Deokar explained everything patiently and made me feel comfortable. To my surprise, both the root canal treatment and wisdom tooth surgery were almost painless. The injections were given very gently, and throughout the procedure I did not feel any significant pain. The surgery was smooth, and the recovery was much easier than I had expected. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The entire staff is polite, caring, and supportive.
