"Very bad and distressing experience. My friend had an extremely difficult experience at this dental clinic while getting treatment for a wisdom tooth. During the procedure, the tooth reportedly became stuck in her throat and was also fractured, also facial trauma and she made fracture due to which she was not able to open her mouth,which led to a very stressful and frightening situation. Initially, the doctor (Sana Khatib)said that a surgeon would need to be called, but later changed her position and said that a surgeon was not required. The situation became even more concerning because the tooth that had become lodged in the throat could not be removed easily from outside, and my friend had to go through a lot of pain, stress, and struggle because of the complications. We were also unable to clearly find information about the doctor's dental qualifications or degree displayed on the clinic's name board, which added to our concerns. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and frightening experience for my friend. Based on what she went through, we personally would not feel comfortable recommending this clinic to others. I strongly suggest patients verify the dentist's qualifications, experience, and the clinic's facilities before undergoing any dental procedure here."
