About Dr. Dimple Mehta
Nutrition, Health and fitness (NHF) was founded by me 5 years ago when I joined Powerlifting and was running marathons as well. To be able to perform in any aspect of life, I found that correct nutrition is the key. After completing sports nutrition,special populations expert and clinical nutrition, as a doctor and being in medical field gave me a deep insight into the complex problems of weight management. Lot of people are misguided by dieticians into crash dieting whereby ending up with hairloss, skin problems and nutritional deficiencies in the bid to lose weight. My diet is different in the way that there's not only fat loss but also correction of any medical problem related to the wrong eating habits and lifestyle.
