"10/10 for dental skills, but -10/10 for service, communication, and time management. There is no question about the dentist's clinical expertise , the dental work and technical skills are genuinely excellent. However, the patient experience outside the treatment itself is extremely disappointing. The waiting-time management is particularly frustrating. All patients are given the same arrival time, yet consultations are not conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. What makes it worse is that patients who arrive late are sometimes taken in earlier, while those who arrive on time or even early , can end up being sent in for consultation much later. This makes the entire appointment system feel unfair and poorly organized. If patients are expected to respect the scheduled arrival time, the clinic should also respect patients' time. Excellent dentist, but extremely poor patient management. The clinical expertise deserves 10/10 ; the service, communication, and appointment management need serious improvement."

The entire procedure was painless and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout. The clinic is clean,modern, and appointments are on time. My tooth feels completely normal now with zero pain.
