"Extremely Pathetic, Careless and Dangerous Experience at Shree Dental Clinic This was not just a bad experience -- this was a serious matter concerning patient safety. I had booked an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction. Before starting the procedure, the doctor discovered that the suction machine was not working and was literally asking the staff how the surgery could be performed without it. How is it acceptable for a medical facility to begin an important surgical procedure when essential equipment is not even functioning? During the procedure, there was more bleeding than expected, and we were told that the swelling could be more severe and last for more than two days. The doctor was also scolding the staff because the equipment was not working. What kind of preparation is this? Patients are not experiments. People's lives and safety cannot be taken so casually. When the patient's relatives requested to come inside for support, the doctor simply refused to entertain the request. Instead of providing reassurance and professional communication, the entire situation was stressful, disorganised and frightening. Shree Dental Clinic seriously needs to answer how they can allow a surgical procedure to take place when critical equipment is not working. This is completely unacceptable. Medical facilities deal with people's health and safety, not minor inconveniences. If your equipment is not working, fix it before putting a patient at risk. I strongly question the management's safety protocols, preparedness and professionalism. Patients deserve better than this. Patient safety should be the FIRST priority, not an afterthought."
