"I want to rate this hospital in negative. Sisters are not kind at all. Rude behaviour of sisters would end up this hospital in trouble. sisters of this hospital should learn manners first. sisters should treat patients with care. Not recommended at all for people."

"EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNQUALIFIED - DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC I'm writing this to warn others from making the mistake of visiting this clinic. Today, I went for a simple tooth extraction and ended up waiting over 4 hours only to face unqualified staff, rude behavior, and unethical practices. The so-called Dr. Shraddha, who from my experience lacks both professional skills and compassion, was dismissive, aggressive, and completely insensitive to patients' needs. In fact, she acted in a way that was so erratic and unkind, it made me seriously question if she is fit to practice medicine at all. This is not my first bad experience. In a previous visit, they removed only half of my tooth and never completed the treatment. When I brought it up again today, Shraddha refused to take responsibility, and instead, behaved in a cruel and arrogant manner before denying further treatment. To make things worse, I witnessed her removing the wrong tooth for another patient--a shocking and dangerous mistake. She also used black cement for fillings when the patient clearly requested white. I mean, who uses black cement for a tooth gap in 2025? It's common sense and basic dental ethics to listen to the patient. But the worst part? When I asked why proper care wasn't given, they casually said, If you want good treatment, you'll have to pay 1000 extra. So now, basic healthcare comes with a price tag on quality? Is this what we've come to charging extra for decency and professionalism? Patients come for relief, not to be judged by how much they can pay. Even the ward boy was completely unhelpful and cold, treating patients like they're a burden. The entire clinic feels like a training ground for interns with no supervision, where patients are left to suffer. This place is unsafe, unethical, and emotionally draining. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs. Please go somewhere where your health and time are actually respected"

"Terrible Experience at This Clinic -- Avoid at All Costs This clinic is a complete nightmare. Dr. Shraddha and the staff appear to be intern trainees with no real experience. Their behavior is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Patients are forced to wait for hours only to be met with cold arrogance and disrespect. When I requested proper care, I was bluntly told, "Pay 1000 extra if you want a better doctor. I'm not treating you." This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They push incorrect or incomplete treatments just to make more money, showing zero concern for patient wellbeing. Even the ward boy treats patients like a burden rather than with the care and respect they deserve. Importantly, I was ultimately not treated at all. Ms. Shraddha is not qualified to be called a doctor - she lacks basic professional behavior and seems to hold grudges against patients. Kindness and patience are fundamental in the medical profession, even towards difficult individuals, but this was completely absent. If you want proper, qualified, and compassionate medical treatment, avoid this clinic and find somewhere trustworthy."

"As I went for my rc treatment..Dr. Shraddha told me, she will fill coloured cement bt she didn't do that..without telling me she filled silver in my tooth..the surrounding teeth also got filled..after filling silver, everything looks bad..then I asked her about this she gives mannerless and arrogant answers..and even didn't level up my tooth..charged too much amount from me..."
