"I had a very disappointing experience at Dhanashri Hospital after my mother's hospitalization for cough and asthma. The total bill raised was 1,57,000 under our corporate mediclaim policy. At the time of admission, the hospital also collected a 20,000 security deposit. After the insurance claim was processed, several charges were rejected by the TPA, and the hospital has refused to refund my security deposit, stating that the rejected amount remains payable. In my opinion, the bill included charges that I believe were unnecessary, resulting in claim rejections and leaving us to bear additional costs. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. I request everyone to carefully review hospital bills, understand what is covered under your mediclaim policy, and seek complete clarity on billing before making payments. Please be cautious and make an informed decision based on your own research and experience."
