"Extremely Disappointed with Dental Treatment - Requesting Accountability My mother underwent dental treatment at your hospital between November 2024 and January 2025, where she was advised to get a root canal on one tooth and a cap on anothers. We were charged 30,000 for the entire procedure, which we trusted would ensure long-term relief and quality care. However, within just 5 months, her problems have resurfaced with severe pain, sensitivity even to normal water, and one of the treated teeth has started shaking. This is extremely concerning, not only because of the unbearable discomfort she is now facing again, but also because it points to poor treatment quality and possible negligence. We trusted your clinic with her health and invested a significant amount of time and money over two months for what was expected to be a lasting solution. This has now turned into a stressful and painful experience. We request a thorough re-evaluation of her case by a senior dentist and a full or partial refund for the unsatisfactory treatment. If no resolution is provided, we will be left with no option but to escalate this issue to consumer forums and dental regulatory bodies. Patients deserve better. We strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this hospital for dental treatment."

"I had a very good experience at Joshi Dental Clinic at Bhandup. My treatment was done by Dr. Puneet Joshi, who is extremely skilled and professional. My previous bridges and root canal were not done properly by other dental clinics, but Dr. Puneet corrected everything perfectly. The clinic uses advanced laser scanning technology to make dental bridges with perfect fitting -- something not easily available everywhere. Since I had to travel abroad soon, Dr. Puneet completed my treatment within the limited time I had, which I really appreciate. The staff is polite and helpful, and the waiting time is minimal as there are three well-experienced doctors available.
