"I am writing to share my experience and concerns regarding the dental treatment I received at your clinic. I had visited your charitable clinic for a root canal treatment, which took approximately 9 to 10 sittings and cost me around 4500. After the treatment was completed, I felt that there were gaps on the inner side of the treated tooth. When I revisited the clinic for consultation, I was informed that this was normal. However, after about 20-25 days, I started experiencing pain in the same tooth. I then consulted another (non-charitable) clinic, where the doctor informed me that the cap placed earlier was not properly fitted and was of basic quality. Additionally, during my treatment at your clinic, I observed that the doctor and assistant were frequently engaged in unrelated conversations. At one point, I overheard a discussion about required files not being ordered yet. This made me feel anxious and raised concerns about whether proper attention was being given to my treatment. Subsequently, I had to replace the cap at another clinic at a cost of 8000, opting for a higher-quality crown with computerized measurements for better fitting. Although a lower-cost option (5000) was available, I chose to invest more to avoid further complications. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of treatment, and overall patient experience at your clinic."
