"My experience with this orthodontic treatment has been profoundly disappointing.The procedure unfortunately resulted in significant gaps and new cavities on my left side, which was perfectly straight prior to treatment (I loved my left side profile).After the treatment, My jaw started to lock as the left side gums were expanded outside, my new doctor showed me in video. I never can do a big yawn or bite a big burger because of such carelessly treated. I explicitly requested that the braces not be removed during my final appointment, as I could still see visible gaps and upper crowning; however, my concerns were disregarded, and the treatment was prematurely terminated. Later, I visited a gold-medalist specialist as she immediately questioned the standard of the work performed, noting visible bracket marks and persistent misalignment of my front teeth. I feel that my dental health and patient satisfaction were completely secondary to completing the case, and I deeply regret trusting this practice with my care. I have to live my entire life with the jaw locked concern. I have to do special treatment for my front teeth to clean those cavities and special type of filing would be required. Money waste, Time waste and No results !"
