"My experience at Clove Dental was not good and, unfortunately, did not feel professional. During the cavity-filling procedure, I got a cut on the inside of my cheek, which made the procedure quite uncomfortable. The suction pipe was also handled very harshly, resulting in bruising and discomfort inside my mouth. What concerned me further was the way the filling was adjusted afterward. To level the surface and check for irregularities, instead of initially using biting paper to properly identify high spots, the adjustments seemed to be done based on visual/subjective assessment. This continued until a significant amount of the filling had to be scaled down. Biting paper was eventually used toward the end. This makes me question why a simple and standard tool like biting paper wasn't used from the beginning to accurately identify the areas requiring adjustment. The process felt more like trial and error than a careful, methodical procedure. I understand that minor discomfort can sometimes be unavoidable during dental procedures, but the combination of the injury, harsh suction, and the way the filling was adjusted made the overall experience very uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope Clove Dental takes this feedback seriously and ensures better care, technique, and professionalism during procedures in the future."
