I recently visited Dr. Akhil Lokhande and Dr. Purvi Lokhande at Shakuntala Dental in Vasant Vihar, Thane, and had a truly outstanding experience. The entire team put me completely at ease from the moment I walked in the door. The clinic environment was pristine, modern, and very well-maintained, adhering to high hygiene standards. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the admission process seamless. Both Dr. Akhil and Dr. Purvi were fantastic. They took the time to clearly explain my dental issues and the proposed treatment plan, including all the pros and cons, without ever making me feel pressured. I required a re-root canal, and they brought in a specialist endodontist (whose name I regrettably don't recall) who was also incredibly skilled and professional. The procedure was done with minimal pain and great precision. The results have been excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the personalized attention and genuine care shown by all the doctors and their assistants. The entire team was incredibly caring and compassionate throughout my visits. The administrative staff was also very accommodating and flexible, making it easy to adjust my appointments to fit my busy schedule. Their exceptional service continued even after I returned overseas. The doctors still follow up regularly with me on WhatsApp to check on my progress and ensure everything is fine, which is a testament to their dedication to patient care. "Here at Shakuntala clinic, I really had a great experience of a fabulous dental clinic service with awesome environment inside with great old collection of music playing throughout the session. Its location is so peaceful. Very neat and clean are and surrounding. Actually the best residential society in thane and my favorite place in thane as well. The doctors (Dr. Akhil Lokhande & Dr. Chauhan) are highly experienced and sophisticated. The root canal procedure was carried out so nicely that I did not experience any pain or discomfort during the session. The dental staff is equally skilled and experienced too. These guys are so polite and soft spoken that while conversing or talking to them, one need to reconfirm twice what actually they meant. However, I felt this amazing and I loved this attitude of the staff. They precisely know how to properly take care of their patients. They provide good and honest customer service. They are amazing. They have been very honest and caring with the their patients. They are well trained and follow systematic procedures and protocols. I really loved the Aura of the clinic.
